Discover a dream refuge in the heart of Gerês, a recently built house that combines comfort and rural tranquillity, perfect for families and groups.
This welcoming property has 4 spacious bedrooms all equipped with double beds, allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. The house has 4 bathrooms, with 2 complete bathrooms inserted in 2 bedrooms (suites) and 1 complete shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms and a service toilet outside next to the pool and barbecue area.
The fully equipped American kitchen is a true highlight, with modern appliances such as an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. You will also find all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.
Outside, enjoy a shared swimming pool of 8x4 metres, perfect for moments of relaxation. The property also has a garden, barbecue and a 20m² terrace, ideal for outdoor meals and social gatherings.
