With 180 m² of generous space, the house is distributed in a practical and functional way. It has 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with toilet only) and 5 comfortable beds, including 3 double beds, 1 double sofa bed and 1 sofa, ensuring that the whole family sleeps well.

An independent kitchen is a special highlight! Equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils and crockery. Everything you need to prepare delicious family meals.

A fireplace creates the perfect cosy atmosphere for family evenings, whilst electric radiator heating keeps the house warm throughout the year. WiFi connection allows you to stay connected, and the television offers entertainment for everyone.

The exterior is simply fantastic! The shared swimming pool (15 x 5 metres) is ideal for the kids to have fun during the summer. The spacious garden with garden furniture, the fenced plot and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor gatherings. It also has private outdoor parking in the same building with 2 spaces.

Located in a quiet mountain area, the house offers stunning views of the mountain, swimming pool and garden.
