Two fully equipped kitchens with appliances, including induction hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, complete crockery, toaster and kettle. Perfect for preparing family meals or for groups of friends.
On the outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool of 8x4 metres, ideal for moments of relaxation and fun. The garden and the 20m² terrace invite moments of socialising, with the possibility of using the barbecue for outdoor meals.
The house has heating via heat pump, fireplace for cooler nights, TV with international channels and WiFi. The private parking allows for accommodation of 2 vehicles.
